BOU MA MSS Students’ class will be held at the University’s Dhaka Regional Center (4 / A, Govt., Laboratory Cool Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205) and Rajshahi University’s Department of Sociology and Political Science.  বাংলাদেশ উন্মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের এম এমএসএস ডিগ্রি অর্জনের জন্য একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে প্রথম বছরে (১ম পর্ব/প্রিলিমিনারি) দুই সিমেস্টারে ১২টি কোর্স (প্রতি কোর্স ০৩ ক্রেডিট) এবং দ্বিতীয় বছরে (শেষ পর্ব) দুই সিমেস্টারে ১০টি কোর্স (প্রতি কোর্স ০৪ ক্রেডিট) সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

প্রতি শিক্ষাবর্ষ ৬ মাস মেয়াদি ২টি সিমেস্টারে বিভক্ত। প্রথম পর্বের প্রতি সিমেস্টারে ৬টি এবং শেষ পর্বের প্রতি সিমেস্টারে ৫টি করে কোর্স থাকবে। তবে একজন শিক্ষার্থীকে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য প্রতি সিমেস্টারে সর্বনিম্ন ৩টি কোর্সে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।

উল্লেখ্যযােগ্য, এমএ এবং এমএসএস ডিগ্রি অর্জন কতে হলে ০২ (দুই) বছরে মােট ২২টি কোর্স (বা ৭৬ ক্রেডিট) সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশনের মেয়াদ হবে ০৫ (পাচঁ) বছর পর্যন্ত বহাল থাকবে।

The student 03 (Three) Public Examinations such as , SSC / Equivalent, HSC / Equivalent and BA / BSS / B.Com / B.Sc. / Equivalent examinations in any of the two corners where students with minimum 2nd class or 2.50 GPA / CGPA can apply. Students who have passed in any group can apply.

• বহুনির্বাচনী (MCQ) প্রশ্নের ভিত্তিতে ভর্তি পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
• প্রশ্নের মান বণ্টন: বাংলা-২৫, ইংরেজি-২৫, বাংলাদেশ বিষয়াবলি-২৫, আন্তর্জাতিক বিষয়াবলি-২৫।
• পাস নম্বরঃ ৪০। প্রতি অংশে ৪০% নম্বর পেতে হবে।

Application Process of BOU MA MSS Program

Go to the website (http://osaps.bou.edu.bd) full fill the all information. After filling in the given information, temporary user ID and password will be available through SMS. Then Payment Option has to be paid through Rs.250 / – and charge / commission bKash / DBBL / Sure Cash. After filling in the transaction ID and mobile number in the specified place and clicking on the Submit button, the online application will be completed by receiving the message “payment successful” in an SMS and e-mail.

In case of any problem in receiving Successful SMS, you should inform the Helpline number of 0SAPS (Online service & payment system) within 03 (three) working days. Print the application form using Temporary User ID and Password and attested Certificate of Educational Qualification and Number Sheets from 15th April, 2022 to 15th July, 2022 at Dhaka Regional Center (4 / A, Govt. Laboratory School Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205) No. 103 In case of cell data center and in case of Rajshahi, it has to be submitted to Rajshahi Regional Center.

• First, go to http://osaps.bou.edu.bd.
• Choose your Semester, Year, Term, Group, Regional Center, Sub-Regional and Study Center.
• Now, press the ‘Next’ button.
• Then provide your all personal information as Your Name, Father’s and Mother’s name in Bengali & English.
• Now, give your ‘Academic Information’.
• Upload your recent scanned photo (300 × 300 pixels) and upload your signature (300 × 100 pixels).
• Fill in your Job History and press Submit Button.
• Then you will receive a temporary User ID and Password.
• Now pay Application Fee through User ID and Password by Rocket/bKash/Sure-cash
